Entry rules
The rules for the 2027 edition of the Global Estate Awards. By submitting an entry you accept them.
1. Organiser
These rules apply to the Global Estate Awards (“we”, “us”). You can reach the organisers via the contact form.
2. Who can enter
The awards are open to companies and individuals from any country. You may enter work you created, delivered or were directly and substantially involved in. Where the work belongs to a client or partner, you confirm that you are allowed to enter it.
Projects, campaigns and products must have been completed, launched or active between 1 January 2024 and the entry deadline. Agents and agencies are judged on their performance in this period.
Jurors and their companies cannot enter categories they judge.
3. How to enter
Entries are submitted through the online form on this website until 28 February 2027, 23:59 Central European Time. Each entry covers one category. The same work may be entered in several categories with a separate entry for each.
Entries are written in English. Supporting material in other languages is accepted. Linked material must be accessible to the jury without a login until the winners are announced.
You can correct or withdraw an entry until the deadline by writing to us with your reference number.
4. Entry fee
Entering the 2027 edition is free of charge. Entering does not oblige you to buy anything, and winning does not depend on any purchase.
5. Accuracy and evidence
All information in an entry must be accurate and verifiable. We and the jury may ask for evidence of any claim, for example sales figures, client references or credits.
Entries with false or misleading information can be disqualified at any time, also after the results have been published. In that case the award is withdrawn and the winner emblem may no longer be used.
6. Rights to the material
You confirm that you hold all rights needed to submit the entry and the linked material, including the rights of photographers, filmmakers, architects and clients, and that the entry does not infringe the rights of third parties.
For shortlisted and winning entries you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the entry title, the summary, the entrant’s name and logo and selected images or film stills to present the entry on this website, in social media and in press communication about the Global Estate Awards. We credit authors where you name them. Material of entries that are not shortlisted is not published.
7. Judging
Entries are first checked for completeness and eligibility. Eligible entries are scored by the jury against the published criteria: quality, innovation, impact and evidence.
Jurors declare any conflict of interest and do not score entries they are connected to. With your agreement, an entry may be moved to a more suitable category. If no entry in a category reaches the required standard, the jury may decide not to present an award in that category.
The decisions of the jury are final. There is no legal recourse against them.
8. Results
The shortlist is announced on 31 March 2027 and the winners on 12 May 2027. Shortlisted entrants are informed by email first and keep the result confidential until the official announcement.
9. Winner emblem
Winners may use the official winner emblem with the year and category for the winning work, without time limit. The emblem may not be altered or used for other work, other categories or other years. Shortlisted entrants may state that they were shortlisted.
10. Changes
We may change dates, categories or these rules if this becomes necessary for the running of the programme. Entrants are informed of material changes by email.
11. Personal data
We process the data in your entry as described in our privacy policy.
